I need to know how can I declare a class in perl with package class_name or with class class_name.Please explain the diference. An exemple will be usefull.

Type ``perldoc perltoot'' on your command line - Perl comes packaged with an OOP tutorial - handy, eh?

:)) ok this is what I whanted . this is great .I serch for that a long time and I had it in my own computer. :))

While perltoot is an amusing name (it stands for Tom's object-orientated tutorial) it took me quite a while to discover it. I do wonder whether it would be more useful if it were better named.

["]As soon as we started programming, we found to our surprise that it wasn't as easy to get programs right as we had thought. Debugging had to be discovered. I can remember the exact instant when I realized that a large part of my life from then on was going to be spent in finding mistakes in my own programs.["]

Man perl is a good starting spot, it lists out all the other good perl man pages, perlre, perlref, perlrun, etc are all handy to remember and with a memory like mine, man perl helps prop me up =)
