does somebody had done classical aniamtion in after efects'?

classical animation is done on paper or using a gif animator . My understanding is that aFTER eFFECTS IS A COMPOSITING AND POST PRODUCTION TOOL

After Effects does not do animation/ classical or otherwise.
You need to create your animation by:
1. Scanning and coloring it on your computer
2. animation program like Flash (export as avi)
3. 3d animation program
