I have a customer who's Recept split along with the password for ext 10 which i know the admin is also assigned to this mailbox, is their a backdoor reset for the mail? I know about 9+reset once your in the mailbox to reset the admin pass, but i cant get into ext 10 mailbox?

Classic Mail/ VOYSY Lost Password

There is a black diagnostics button on the right side of the Voysys. Press this button with a small screwdriver, hold it for ten seconds, then release the button. This will temporarily activate 23646 as a backdoor password. Then you can login to mailbox 10 and reset the password to whatever you like.
