Hi Guys,

I have two different providers. Both are in different Class of restrictions Eg provider A has been assigned (1 to 5) with 1 with ability to make no calls and 5 permitting all sorts of calls.

and Provider B has been assigned (15 to 20) with 15 with ability to make no calls and 20 permitting all sorts of calls.

Problem: I have defined a DN with with COR 1 which means no outgoing calls at all. Somehow calls it permits all calls. This wasn't the case until second trunk came into the picture. To me it seems Mitel is allowing it to make calls from provider 2

Can some1 please advise

Okay, take a number that the user can dial and look in ARS digits dialled, check the route it uses and the associated COR group, what COR numbers are in that COR group?

Do you want to restrict certain users from using particular trunks? If so, I would use ARS lists and interconnect restriction to achieve this
