Clariion FC5600C problem 1

I am very new to this storage subsystem. I have this box with SP A/B and LCC EXP A/B. I just tried to power up the system and connected to SP B serial port. I see following

Entering Serial Application Mode

It just hung up at this stage not moving ahead.
Can anyone help me what could be wrong?

I don't have any connection to this box from any other server or so just serial port connection.

Does anyone has the manuals/docs of this box and want to share or know where I can get it?

What type of clariion do you have?

The message you received is a normal message. After the power up cycle completes, it transfers control to the Flare code. Read the info on this site to get some insight on fibre clariion:
