Does anyone have the ArrayGUIde Tool to configure a Clariion 9137?

please excuse my ignorance ... but ... what is a clariion 9137? I'm working on a clariion emc certification and I haven't heard of this model. Is this a fairly old machine?

...so it should be a 9137 -3000. When I put it via SCSI (Adaptec 2944UW) it shows up as "DGC".

I tried to connect via Serial-Console-Port (9600/8/N/1) but it wont work...I tried a Tool calld "drm" from STK wont work...

Now I`m starting to get depresst...I have 3 Raidsystems whith each 30 Harddisks in it (...an old Admin left the firm and whith him a hole lot of Software Lic`s etc.)...and all I need is a bit Software and knowhow to get them running :(

So if someone knows how or who can help me:

Please let me know.

It's been at least 7 years since I set one of these units up, but they're rock-solid. If I remember correctly, you had two SPs (Storage Processors) installed in the back at the top. You might try 7-E-1 (and perhaps 2400 or 4800) ?

DRM sounds more like the utility for the rebranded NEC arrays (much like the SUN A1000), in which you could manage over SCSI or serial.

I'll check for some notes as well. Let us know how you make out.

You should be able to manage a scsi clariion with the serial port. While it can be changed, the normal set up was for 96-8 -1 and even. You may have to hit the return key to get a display but it should come right up (assuming flare is loading and the array is not faulted).
