I have an odd problem was wondering if anyone else has seen this before.
I log on to Citrix WI on the LAN and I am able to launch applications from a Firefox browser but not when I log on through an IE browser. When trying to launch an app from the IE browser it gives me this error: "Cannot connect to the citrix presentation server. The citrix presentation server you have selected is not accepting connections."
I looked at the ICA files from both and discovered this: When I launch an app through Firefox it uses an internal IP address when I launch an app through IE it uses an external IP address. I am also able to telnet to the internal IP but not the external. I need to know why Firefox is using internal but IE is not using internal when it should be.
Any help or insight on this is greatly appreciated!
