Citrix web client download problems 1

We have Citrix metaframe XPa and are running Web Interface 2 and I think I have copied the install files for the web client to the correct location on the webserver.

C:\Inetpub\

http://wwwroot\Citrix\ICAWEB\en\ica32

When I click on the link to download the client my web browser status bar slowly progresses along the bottom of the screen but nothing ever happens....


Any ideas as to why?

What files do you have in the en\ICA32 directory?

You should have an ica32t.exe file in there.

Yep it's in there...

Have you checked the security on that directory?
Sometimes it won't download it because it doesn't have rights to that dir.

Everyone has read and execute rights...

Funnily enough if I turn on the auto install feature it installs fine. It is only a problem if I need to click on the link.... Nothing happens. Eventually I get a CGI time out error...

ANy ideas appreciated
