Dear All
I have upgrade my Citrix FP2 server to that of the new FP3/service pack release. However, now if I run the Citrix Management console i get the blue screen of death with a physical memory dump...

Address 8046c5b2 base at 80400000, DateStamp 3df90c0d - ntoskrnl.exe

Any ideas why this could be? We are running Windows 2000 sp3 and it worked fine with FP2

Thanks

I had the same issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled Console Manager to get it to work.

I had this problem too, but re-installing the CMC didn't help. After I re-installed I actually got a slightly different area that pointed to my ATI video driver. This ended up being an error with the Java Runtime kernel.

I downloaded the J2SE ver 1.4.2 from java.sun.com, uninstalled J2SE 1.4.1 and Java Web Start from my Citrix server, then last installed the 1.4.2 version.

All was well.
