Citrix TS license Problem

Hello,

I am having a problem with TS licenses and CITRIX. I have seen the problem involving the reg key HKLM/Software/Microsoft/MSLicensing/Store on your forums and I know how to fix the problem. My question is ther any way to prevent this from reoccuring. I find that I have to continoulsy perform this fix. It usually happens when the users gets the followng message "Your Terminal Services licnese will expire in 15 days.....". After 15 days I have to reset that key again.

Is you Citrix box looking at the correct TS license server ?

HKLM/Software/TSLicense/Parameters. I am not at my desk but I will post the correct procedure soon.

Hi Scott,

Looks to be pointing to the right server. I think the issue with the message is because I have the licenses per user user instead of per device.....not sure. Thanks for the help.

Sometimes I have seen it change, so keep your eye on it even after you change it.
