I'm not sure if this is a Citrix issue - or a Windows issue.
I have a group of users, all belonging to the same mk_users group in Active Directory.
This group has Remote Desktop access to a server that is running Citrix and a bunch of Citrix apps.
Now one of my users has lost the abillity to log in to Citrix. He is still a member of mk_users, and nothing has changed...
He gets the error: "To log on to this remote computer, you must have Terminal Server User Access permissions on this computer. By default, members of the Remote Desktop Users group have these permissions. If you are not a member of the Remote Desktop Users group or another group that has these permissions, or if the Remote Desktop User group does not have these permissions, you must be granted these permissions manually."
Any ideas what could have caused this? Or how to fix it?
Thanks!
Amber
