I have this application which is using https and the Citrix portal client to connect to an Extranet.
The https side of works fine as the user credentials are validated.
As soon as the Citrix Client tries to connect it returns the following error 'Cannot connect to Citrix server: The Citrix SSL Relay name could not be resolved (SSL Error 40)

I have been informed this is a restriction on a particular port on the Microsoft ISA server (Proxy machine). This mahine doesn't have any protocal restrictions or site and content rules setup (we are testing it).

I'm not familiar with Citrix can anybody shed any light about this particular error?

Thanks

Is your SSL cert set to the right name. Make sure that the cert is the same name that DNS resolves the name to.

From what I know about SSL Error 40, this is caused by an inability to resolve the Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) of the host.
Can you try an NSLOOKUP on your servers from the client to determine they are resolving?
