Is there still a CTRL-key combination to end a shadow session and return you to the user list?

Thanks for any help.

As far as I am aware it is still the same as was. Alternatively there is a stop shadow button displayed.

Then I must be trying the wrong thing, what was it?

Thanks.

I'm still having trouble, neither of those works. I am using a laptop. Is the * key the one on the 8 key or is it the one on the number keypad. Do you have to use the right or the left CTRL key.

Thanks.

Per MS article # 320191, left or right shouldn't matter, but it has to be the * on the numeric keypad. Otherise, you should use Terminal Services Manager to define a new hotkey combination if your laptop doesn't have a numeric keypad.
