Citrix Server Farm - Problems with Program Neighbourhood

Hi,

Just a quick question.

I have 4 servers running as a load balanced farm - all W2k with Citrix metaframe 1.8 SP3

I am having a problem with random users in that when the user opens citrix program neighbourhood they are prompted for a username / password which then takes them to a full server desktop on first TS!

What normally happens is we get a list of published applications

Any ideas would be appreciated!

You need to set the "Custom ICA Connections" to be the default.

On their system (logged in as that user) open the Citrix Program Neighbourhood and cancel all Password prommpts.

You should find that the Application Set Manager is set to the default. Right click on "Custom ICA Connections" then select "Set as Default"
