Citrix Prtinting

When a client establishes a connection via ICA and their print driver is not installed on my Citrix servers the print job hangs in queue. I was wondering if anyone knows of a third-party application like Universal Print Driver in order support this issue.
Also is there a fix or configuration needed in order to increase printer output speed on Citrix MetaFrame XP.

There is a company called tricerat that makes a product called screwdriver. the website is

http://www.tricerat.com

It will require a client(that is free!!)and the licensing is per server. It works for us and solves most of the printing issues with Citrix. It is a very straight forward install, although getting the key is a bit convoluted.

I have 2 Win2k workstations using 2 different published apps (MetaframXPS) that are suddently unable to print to their local printers. Both the printers in question are HP deskjets. They were both able to print correctly at one point several days ago. Now, neither can.

Where do I look?
