Citrix Profile Icons

When some of my users log into Citrix for the first time some of the shortcuts they need are not their, how can I automate the addition of user/group specific icons?

Sorry if thats not enough info I'm a total novice at Citrix.

It sounds like you are publishing the entire desktop.
If so, you can install the Program Neighborood agent on your Citrix servers.
That way when the user logs in the PN Agent will look at their A/D group and put the publish app icon on their desktop.

The other way you can make sure the icons are there is to use either group policy or modify the default profile to add those shortcuts to the desktop.
