Our print server runs Windows 2000 and we also use Citrix. I have an HP LaserJet 1200 that all of a sudden has issues... the print jobs just hang in the queue and nothing prints. Resetting the HP JetDirect print server doesn't solve the problem. I also tried installing a new print driver and I still get the same result. It's probably an easy fix but for some reason right now I'm stumped!
