Hi, I am a bit stumped and I was wondering if anyone else has run into this issue before.

A client is serving our VFP-coded application to their users via Citrix Presentation, and they are using Universal Printer Driver for printing output.

When they print a landscape report from the Preview window, there is no problem. However, if they print the same report directly to printer without previewing it, the printjob comes out in chopped off portrait, just as if they had no printer drivers installed.

Can anyone offer some suggestions on addressing this?
Thank you.

I have never actually run into this situation, but I can hazard a SWAG at what is happening:

The reports have all printer driver info removed (they probably hacked the reports.) When the preveiw runs, it uses the current printer's drivers to generate the preview and therefore the report prints correctly. When the report is printed directly, it does not use the current printer driver to generate the preview and at the same time, Citrix ain't helping VFP out with a driver so ...

Hi Ken

Problem solved - Citrix have just released HRP2 which sorted the problem. Thank you for your input to my issue though.
