I have an Access Database that has linked tables to an oracle database.

My customers use this to run reports and it launches via Citrix. It is located on the C drive of the Citrix box.

It worked fine until I moved the database to a new server. I also upgraded to Oracle 10 g from 9i.

Here is my problem, some of my customers get an odbc call failed message when they try to run their reports. They get it when they try to get the drop down list for parameters. It runs fine when I launch it from the citrix box itself. It also runs for some people. However it appears to not be consistent.

I know that the tnsnames file on the citrix box is correct I have checked it numerous times.

Does anyone have any suggestions? We have tried deleting profiles, but that doesn't seem to be the problem.

I would first check the permission on folders and registry entried for Oracle and ODBC (on the servers) to make sure that users have at least (which should br sufficient) read permission.
