Citrix map drive access issue

I can login to the Citrix server through my firewall but i can't seem to map a dive. I tried adding the network \\share\folder but get a pop-up for userid and password. Other users said they only get a password prompt. I'm new to Citrix, are there permission to my profile that is missing? I not sure what userid and password i should have for this and why are other user only have password prompt?

I think we are going to need a little more information.

What kind of drive mapping is this? One to your client machine or to a network share?

Is the Citrix Server and the desired network mapping in the same domain?

Any info on how you are connecting would be useful as well? IE client type, backend version, client O/S etc.
