Citrix Issues with Dialup

I have a citrix XPs server in a win2k enviroment. When users connect to nfuse and launch app via Broadband it works fine. when they connect and launch app via Dial up they server states that its not accepting connections. The boxes are a mix between 2k xp and 9x. and this only happens when clients connect thru aol earthlink and so on. But MSN works fine. Im not getting any error messages in event viewer about the term server licenses not being valid. and i have double check all settings but cant figure this one out. any help is very nice.

Try reducing the MTU packet size on the dial up connections and try connecting again. We had a similar situation and this solution fixed the problem.
