Hi All,

Does anyone know how to setup a dialup connection to a MetaFrame server using the Citrix Client on a Linux box?

I have the server functioning in a windows environment now, and need to have one guy dial in using Linux. I have the client loaded and functioning on his machine, but am unsure of how to set up the dial up connection. His internet access and email work just fine for his private accounts.

Does the MetaFrame server need some component to handle the Linux box dialing in? I can see how to set it up if it were on the same internal network, but I don't see anywhere how to set up the dial up connection.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

ZR

Hi,

I've never done that on a Linux client, but the Citrix Client software, should pick the modem up and then ask you for the number, shouldn't be too difficult (famous last words)

Cheers,
Ogi.
