Citrix audit

I have an issue with users logged in and out of the Citrix server and the management would like to audit the server in order to find out when a user logs in and out of the server and what they are working on in Citrix.
Is there a 3 party software out there that can give this audit information or is there a funtion in citrx that needs to be turned on.

Hey more info would help. Like what version of Citrix are you on? Access DB? SQL db?? Resource manager would work. See link.
