citrix apps launched at left side screen if dual-screen

hi there, ps4 running on w2k3

some laptop users will have external monitor placed at left hand side of the laptop & configured xp to extend the windows desktop to the external monitor

whenever they launch citrix apps (no matter which apps) it will by default go to the external display instead of the laptop display, wondering any config in citrix can force the apps to launch in laptop display?

is that monitor set as the primary monitor by any chance?
I think thats about the only way it can be changed, is by setting the laptop screen as primary..

You also want to make sure they are using the latest client. There are many advancements for dual screens in the newest Citrix clients.
