Citrix 4.5 PNAgent site

I've installed a PNAgent site and the PNAgent client but i just can't get it to work. When i logon the PNAgent finds the server but then prompts for a password if i enter an ordinary user password it fails but if i enter an admin password it works. This leads me to think permissions but i don't want to start relaxing security before i've made sure that it's not a setting that i've missed in Citrix.

I've also installed the Citrix web interface on IIS which works without any additional changes to IIS so i expected the same for the PNAgent site.

Can anyone make any suggestions?

Sounds like you haven't change the authenication options on the PNA web site from with the Access management console.

The default is to prompt for a password, change it to pass through.
