Failed the CIT again (776) this is the 2nd time, had sim which was three routers and you was downloading a file then it stopped. But you could only use Show commands to get it statrted again, well I was lost!!! Also some OSPF & EIGRP plus BGP, so back to reading....AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

you are close though. I can't tell you exactly what to look for on the sim, but here is a hint, a layer 2 command is what you need to move forward.

Read some of the other forums - I've posted some CIT tips, in particular, some good websites.

That is an excellent hint, Lerdalt. Keep reading, you may find something you didn't think of before. And careful about discussing the SIM - we don't want Cisco after us!

ciscoaharris, we both feel your pain. CIT has not been a very fun experience for either helpdeskdan or myself.
