CiscoWorks 6.0, evaluation version

Hello all,

I have downloaded CiscoWorks 6 evaluation (cww60eval.zip) from cisco.com twice. Anytime I click on file to extract and install , my computer freezes. My OS is Windows 2000 advanced server and I try to extract using Winzip 8.

Thanks for any help in advance.

I have installed service pack 4 and some other windows 2000 patches. Do you think that's the reason ?
