CiscoView 5.4 Telnet Error

When I use CiscoView 5.4 I am able to get a picture of my device on the webpage and manage ports/interfaces etc. When I click the Telnet button I get this message:

Error Cannot Launch Telnet
java.io.ioexception:CreateProcess:C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\tel.bat error=193

I search for this on Cisco's page and found nothing. Any ideas why I cannot telnet to the device?

Spoke with Cisco. It turns out that this error only occurs on IE 6.0 with SP1. We tried it with IE 5.5 SP2 and the telnet works fine. They are currently looking into a fix for IE 6.0 SP1
