Hi all,
I'm trying to get phone manager to log in via VPN. Our set up is as follows:
Client running Cisco VPN Client -> CableModem -> Internet -> Pix515 -> Cisco Switch -> IPO 406(v1)
When logged into the VPN, I can ping the IPO; I can even run SoftConsole with no problems what so ever, the BLF's will update, it pulls the phone list (extensions and directory); however when I try and run Phone Manager I can't pick the IPO to log into. If the machine has been running PM at the main site, then it will log into the IPO, but will show as being "unlicenced" - the BLF's won't work, it won't pull the phone book; I've not even tried voice yet (as I don't have any VCM's but no point in getting one until I can atleast get PM to work!).
IPO is running 3.1.29; PM is 3.1.12 and SC is 3.1.11, Pix is running 7.02 and Cisco VPN Client is 4.7.00.0533
Has anyone come across this scenario before?
Thanks in advance
Alan
