Customer replaced Phonemail with Cisco Unity VM. Ports on the Hicom 300 configured as RP400 with EVMS set to Yes. The remaining complaint is the MWI are not being turned off intermittently. I have found that the same RP400 DSE that turned on the MWI must also submit the command to turn it off or it will not extinguish. Customer is convinced something else is wrong and they should not have to dedicated ports to turn on/off MWI for this work. Anyone have any experience with this?
