Hi,
I am doing some testing trying to make some features work.
I have a Cisco Unity Connection version: 2.1.0.9901-362
and Exchange 2000 running on win 2000 svr.

I have successfully set it up where i can hear my email being read to me (TTS) when connected to Unity checking my normal voice mails.

However, I cannot locate or figure out the order it reads them in. i can look at my outlook and it starts off at the oldest messaage but will jump around with no pattern I can discern.
Is there a formula it follows when deciding which message or is there a filter I can set that would regulate the order?

Thanks,

How are you tying Unity connection to exchange? IMAP?

TTS is reading them locally from the cnx server and not exchange. It just relays the message so when you delete from outlook it is still in cnx and vice versa.

very well. is there a rhyme or reason as to the order they are given?

yes its in the configuration of unity. By default it is new messages from oldest to newest, then saved messages.
