Cisco Unity 4.0 upgrade MS Exchange 2003 to 2007

We have Cisco Unity 4.0(5) and it’s integrated with MS Exchange 2003 and now we want to integrate our Cisco Unity with MS Exchange 2007. So, in this case what are the requirements for this upgrade?.

I was pretty sure about this, just had to find a link.

Unity 4.x does not support exchange 2007. Had an issue where a customer upgraded their exchange to 2007 and VM no longer worked. Workaround was to stay with 2003 and forward the emails from the 2003 box to the 07 box.

Upgrade to Unity 5.0. It works with Exchange 2007.
