Hi there,

I have two systems - Cisco Unified CM 6.1.1 and Avaya CM 5.2.1. Is it possible to conect them using SIP trunk without other helping system like Avaya SES or Avaya Session Manager ?
Uncle Google has many doubts but there is allways hope ;-)

As far as I know YES..CM supports native SIP trunk to tied-up directly to Cisco.

You can also set up a H323 trunk between them. That is how I did it. Works like a charm. IN the Cisco PBX you set it up as a H323 gateway.

We finally did H.323 integration and it really works :)
We only facing Calling Party name presentation issue. Name is truncated to 15 chars. Is it any protocol limit or some configuration problem ?
