Cisco srw224 switch, can't login after cycling power

After a power failure, cannot access login screen. Doing a network scan, the unit shows with it's assigned address but no way to access it.

Any thoughts.

have you tried accessing the device via Telnet??

I hate all Uppercase... I don't want my groups to seem angry at me all the time! =)

No, but have tried via the com port, no go.

I can do a factory reset, and start over but that is a pain.

I should have noted that this is a SF-300 series switch.
