Cisco Pix 515E Access - starting point

Hello,

I have taken over from my colleague to mainaing our network.
I would like to access the Cisco switch in our network look into its configuration - what is my starting point - The switch is part of the network and ihave the IP address of the switch - internal starts with 10.15.xx.xx

How do I access this switch - pls help

If y need help..y need to be more specific....

Have y tried telnet yout switch? Just configure an ip inside the switch ip,connect a cable to it,and telnet it..
