Please i have a problem with 7965 i used to total hard reset to the phone with code 3491672850*# and it seems it lost firmware
and all configuration files also. and when i turned it on i just flashes only and still no display available any help please???

Yes, a hard reset deletes everything off the phone. You will need to tftp into the phone and upload the firmware files that way.

when i turn on there is no anything available on the screen to insert ip of tftp server,but i can ping on it through the network please
what i can do with it?? i use tftp server by solar wind
