I am trying to set up a Cisco CP-8841 set on a IP Office with Rls 11.0. I cannot find any type of procedure to get it working. Can someone help? Thanks

I hope you are not just another fool who sold a telephone system while hoping these phones are working on the Avaya.

Cisco phones ust two different signalling protocols depending on the type of phone.
One is a propriatary H.323 protocol and the second is a non-standard SIP protocol.
You will be better off with Avaya SIP phones or other open source SIP phones like Grandstream as with the Cisco's.

No. It is just one phone the customer wanted to try. Thanks for the response. Very much appreciated

Maybe Cisco has a standard SIP firmware for these phones, search the forums dealing with asteriks phone systems, their they use Cisco phones often.
