Cisco Conference Connection

Anybody using this? If so what do you think about it? I am trying to figure out how licensing works on it (hardware key, software key ties to the MAC address, etc) and it it is possible to purchase this software second hand. We are looking into bringing some conferencing capabilities in house.

If anyone has a good, and hopefully cheaper, alternative to the CCC, I would like to hear about that also. But it must be compatible with CCM 3.3(3). Thanks.

Yes, we are using this product.Utill now we have no complains about the solution , it is pretty good made.
On the other hand the alternative exist but only in a simplest way, by using the build-in conference function of callmanager.Or other option is to use a free MCU conference software.

I purchased CCC and I must say that it is very feature poor. At a retail price of 15000 for 20 ports, this thing sucks. I wonder if I can send it back?
