I would like to setup an email report to list only the number of calls that come to a certain DN. This would be to record number of calls that come into our helpdesk. Currently it seems that the only thing I can setup email reports to are costs.

Anyone know of a way to do this?
 

Using the callmanager I have no idea but using your plain CDR records with a PHP script would make this quite easy possible..
We do all kind of reporting using the CDR records.

For our helpdesk I setup a web interface (using PHP) quick and dirty hi..

Would this also work to pull 911 calls from the CDR?
 
It should as its a number as any ?
We use 112 (Emergency NL) and thats visible.

If 911 is a special feature than if you have the raw CDR line as example I can see...
