Running CCM 6 business edition on VMware. All phones are registered and able to make calls between them. I have voice mail setup and able to call the pilot number, but I reach the auto attendant instead of voice mail. Same thing happens when I call the number and let it roll over to Voice Mail. Can someone point me in the right direction of what I need to do?
Also how do you set the Voice Mail pass code to check your messages?
When I created a application user or end user is the account going to show up in unity?
