For some reason today our attendant console shows every DN in a unknown state. I have restarted the TCD service but that did not fix the problem. any ideas?

Thanks

Jacob

What version of Call Manager are you using?

The last time I had this problem I had to stop and restart the service.

I have the same issue with CM 6.1. Where can i find the TCD service? I would try to stop and restart the service first.

Lack of memory or hard drive space could cause this too. Checking to see if your system has system logs which are now huge is a good place to start if this is the case.

Check your firewall settings also if you are using this on XP or Vista. Temporarily turn it off and see if it makes a difference.

Jeter is right, restart the attendent service.

Hope this helps.
