Cisco CallManager 5.1 Music on Hold

Hello!!!

I have a problem with MoH in our CallManager.

I change the MoH audio as follows

-Selected file audio
-Convert file to PCM with dBpoweramp (PCM 16Khz,16 bits,mono)
-Upload file to CCM
-Replace audio file exist for new audio in option "Music on Hold Audio Source"

try a call is waiting and I was not successful, there is only silence, return changes and the result is same, only silence.

try a restart MoH Server and Cisco streaming app sevice and the result is same.

Any idea what is happening?, i miss configuring something?

Anyone can help me?

Hi,

How many CUCM servers do you got, remember that in CUCM 5.x & 6.x we do not have a tftp folder to share files between Pub and Subs, so you have to upload the MoH file on all your servers.

Caos is the natural order of things...
 
I have a problem with MOH sound is too low how do i increase the sound/volume
