Could anyone recommend a good training course for call manager

If you have a Cisco CCO login you may be able to review several VoIP courses. Also you can try Ascolta, Global knowledge, etc etc. Good Luck!

I took the ACCMU class at Global Knowledge and it was great. It's a 5 day class geared towards practical training to admin CUCM and Unity. Not sure what version of CM and Unity you are using. If CME, they have classes for that too.
