Cisco Call Manager Version 8 - Other Call Pick Up issues

I have an Extension Mobility user that works between two different sites...she needs to be included in the Call Pick Up group for bot sites.

I have created a new Softkey Template to include "Other Pick Up" and assigned that to her UDP.

Also added as the other Pick Up group and vice versa to both sites Call Pick up group. Understand the main site group has priority over the associated group.

The problem now is it doesnt work!!!

Any help greatly appreciated
 
How much delay have you built in to the call pickup timer? That could be causing delays in accessing the other calls she is not used to......
 
hi, it is set to 6 seconds....i have also replicated the set up on some test phones on my desk and the pick up also doesnt work.

It allows pick up of the primary group but not any associated groups.
