cisco call manager placing a call on hold

how do you ptrogram the line settings on a 7962 so that when the secretary on a 7962 places a call on hold the boss can pick up the call from his phone a 6921. Her phone has his line appearance but when the call is placed on the boss can not retrieve the call.
 
so the bosses line is a shared line that the secretary puts on hold yet he cant see it? Or is she putting the call on hold on her line?
 
Under Directory Number Information these have to be configured as follows for the boss to be able to access the call placed on hold

Multiple Call/Call Waiting Settings on Device SEP18339D14EADDNote:

The range to select the Max Number of calls is: 1-200

Maximum Number of Calls 2

Busy Trigger 1 (Less than or equal to Max. Calls)
 
Change that to max of three and busy trigger of 2 on both phones.
