I need advice. I am having a problem with my music on hold.
I updated the new recordings and dropped them in.
They played for a day and the next day I noticed that I could not hear them when I was put on hold.
I reset the MOH servers and everything was fine again.
That however didn't last. I am not sure what could be causing this. I am not seeing any errors on the server itself.
Has anyone seen this problem before? The old recordings were playing just fine.
Any advice would be great.
Thanks
Techy

Let's try this, delete the new files and create new ones dragging the music file into the MoH folder and try to use does. ]If you had tried that already you can check the MoH folder permissions and restart the IP Voice Media Streaming Service.

Caos is the natural order of things...
