I want to shorten the duration of beep tones when outside call is put on hold.
Default was 10 (about 15 seconds apart) and I would like to reduce.
Where can this be changed? Will it impact if done during business hours?
Also, Cisco Unity question: We have a canned message that plays to callers after listening to a greeting that says:
'Leave message after the tone'.
One user does not want that message to play; can it be removed configured for one user and kept for all others if so how is that done?
