Cisco Call Manager 10.5 Tone on hold and Unity canned msg

I want to shorten the duration of beep tones when outside call is put on hold.
Default was 10 (about 15 seconds apart) and I would like to reduce.
Where can this be changed? Will it impact if done during business hours?



Also, Cisco Unity question: We have a canned message that plays to callers after listening to a greeting that says:
'Leave message after the tone'.
One user does not want that message to play; can it be removed configured for one user and kept for all others if so how is that done?
 
in unity connection, go to the user, edit greeting, go to the greeting and uncheck the option to play the option you refer to.
 
Thank you, I was missing going to 'Standard' greeting and seeing it there. Much appreciated.
