Cisco BRI with NI-2 protocol?

We have a Nortel BCM400 phone system with an ISDN BRI S/T interface connected to a Cisco 2800 series router with a VIC2 2BRI NT/TE and will be used to route calls from North America to different European countries.

The Nortel BRI allows for NI-2 protocol only.

Is there a cisco VIC that can be configured for NI-2 over BRI?

Any help or experience would be appreciated.
