Cisco ATA 186 - denial event 1926

I am unable to get the Cisco ATA 186 (H.323) to register to the c-lan because of the security code Authentication error

The station type is H.323 and shows out-of-service.

Any help would be appreciated.

Does anyone know if I need an optional feature turned on to make an ATA 186 work with Avaya CM 3.1.2 as an H.323 IP endpoint?
