Anyone that has a Cisco ATA 186 Analog Telephone Adaptor working with an IP Office could please post some helpful information on how to get it working?

If I remember it correctly the Cisco ATA uses SIP so you can't currently use that to the IPO.

You should use some H.323 compatible box like AudioCodes, Multitech etc.
